Description: Maintain the wonder for students while articulating your teaching goals. Creating outcome-based lessons is a key to success as an EE practitioner and leader. Through discussion and activities, explore ways to increase your effectiveness, student engagement, and reach your goals.

Facilitator: Fran McReynolds has over 35 years of experience developing and delivering environmental education lessons and interpretation programs for preschool through adult audiences. She has worked for non-profits, in state government, and for the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where she received her MS in Natural Resources (EE and Interpretation, specialization). Currently, she is a Master Certified Interpretive Trainer for the National Association of Interpretation and a practicing book artist.
