AEOE uses email lists to keep in touch with its members and to conduct the business of the organization. These lists are hosted by Yahoo! Groups at http://groups.yahoo.com/. These email lists are announcement-only lists, meaning there won't be any discussion and you won't be able to reply to them. We will only use these lists to send occasional emails about upcoming AEOE events and news. We will never share your email address with any outside organizations.

This is an announcement-only list used to provide news of AEOE and conferences
to the members of the northern section (it is also open to southern
members who wish to be informed of northern news). Your email address
will not be
visible or shared. Since it is not possible to reply to the list address,
you will not receive email from others on the list. If your email address
changes after you join, either unsubscribe and re-subscribe or send
an email to Helen de la Maza (see below).
The same information applies to the southern list, which is managed by
