Spring 2005 Conference Jobs

Conference Volunteer Positions all filled! Thank you for all your help.

• University Credit Coordinator—starts now--contact university and arrange system for credit for attending educators
• Parking Coordinator—works with crew of volunteers to make signs, direct parking
• Concierge Table—in charge of the booth that helps give information, first aid and general assistance to attendees
• Job Fair—promotes and facilitates job fair
• Radios—provides radios for volunteers during conference and helps maintain and train volunteers to their use
• Transportation—helps before and during the conference to organize and/or provide rides to and from Walker Creek
• Sign Crew Coordinator—makes signs before the conference and posts signs to help get people where they need to go
• Workshop Coordinator’s Assistant—helps presenters get to workshop sites & with setup/follow-up for workshops on Sat & Sun
• There is also the opportunity to sign up to be a Service Crew volunteer, which means to be involved in one or several volunteer jobs at the conference. Contact Melody at if you want to do this. First come, first served.
