Refund of Conference Fees

Conference fees may be refunded, under certain circumstances:

• Up to April 13: conference fees refunded, minus a $20 processing fee.
• Between April 14 and April 26: conference fees refunded minus a $40 processing fee.
• After the conference starts: conference fees refunded minus a $40 processing fee, only for medical reasons of self or immediate family. Call the conference site at 707-874-2426 and leave a message for David Berman.
• After the conference ends: no refund.

Up through April 26, notify the Conference Registrar, Tim Borgerding, Foothill Horizons Outdoor School, 21925 Lyons Bald Mtn Rd, Sonora, CA 95370, W: 209-532-6673; Fax: 209-533-1390; . It will not be possible to contact Tim on the day of the conference.

AEOE cannot guarantee the refund of fees paid for additional cost workshops, since these depend on prior arrangements with the presenter, but will refund these fees if a replacement enrollment is available. Orders of T-shirts or other conference items will not be refunded at any time, but the items will be mailed to you or relayed through another person working at your program.
