COSA Conference: The COSA Conference for Spring 2001 will be held at Westminster Woods Outdoor School in Occidental (western Sonoma County), in conjuction with the AEOE Conference. Please use the form on the reverse to register for either the COSA Conference only or for the combined COSA and AEOE Conference. AEOE welcomes COSA members to attend the entire weekend.

Schedule: The COSA Conference will start at 12:00 noon on Friday April 27, and will continue through 12:00 noon on Saturday April 28.

Housing: Housing for Friday night (and Saturday if you register for the AEOE Conference as well) is in Retreat House and Hilltop House, with two to six beds per room. Bathrooms, showers, and a kitchen are in each house. If you wish to arrive the night before, accomodations are available in Occidental (10 minutes), Sebastopol (30 minutes), and Santa Rosa (45 minutes). Meals: Westminster Woods will provide Friday lunch, Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, and Saturday lunch for COSA only participants. COSA and AEOE participants will also receive Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, and Sunday lunch. Please circle omnivore or vegetarian on the registration form.

Registration Dates: The registration deadline is April 13. If you must register at the COSA Conference, you will need to bring with you a completed purchase order, check, or money order.

Registration Fees:
COSA Only: $85
COSA and AEOE: $185

Payment: You may pay membership dues and registration fees with check, money order, or purchase order, payable to AEOE Northern. Do not send cash. Though separate payment of membership and registration is not required, it is very much appreciated. At his time, AEOE is does not accept credit card payment. For purchase orders, please include the purchase order number. AEOE will provide an invoice if requested. Payment must be complete by April 27 for conference registration to be valid.

Confirmation: Confirmation of registration will be sent via email within two weeks if you provide an email address. Otherwise, a confirmation postcard will be mailed April 20. If you do not receive a timely confirmation, contact Conference Registrar Tim Borgerding, or 209-532-6673.

Refund Policy: Up to April 13: conference fees refunded, minus a $20 processing fee; Between April 14 and April 26: conference fees refunded minus a $40 processing fee. The full refund policy is at http://www.aeoe.org/conference/spr01/refund.html.
