Deadline for Conference Program Advertiser Applications: April 13, 2001
Advertisers are organizations or corporations which provide support to AEOE for the publication of the conference program, which is distributed to each of the 300-450 attendees. Advertising is offered at $30 per business card size advertisement. Larger ads are not available. Please either email a digital graphic in Acrobat, PageMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, gif or jpeg format to
or mail camera ready artwork to Dan Allison, PO Box 842, Aptos CA 95003-0842. You will be emailed or mailed an invoice or receipt. Both the advertising graphic and your payment must be received (postmark or email) by April 6 for inclusion in the program.Ads will be placed in the program in order of receipt. Though AEOE will make all reasonable effort to maintain the quality of camera ready or digital artwork when scaling it to business card size, it is to your benefit to submit your graphic already scaled to business card size (2 inches by 3.5 inches).
Note that AEOE reserves the right to reject as sponsors/advertisers any organizations or corporations which are not,in our
sole judgement,environmentally sound or "green."
