In attendance: Tom Drake, Helen de la Maza, Judy Toothaker, Michael Charnofsky, Kris Pamintuan, Paige Haller, Tara Murgatroyd, Scott Riddick,

State board meeting needs to be a quorum, & should include a majority of the following people: Traci/Hilary, Tom, Zayanne, Kris, Tami/Lisa, George, Michael

Fall Conference, Nov. 3-5, 2006: trying to get Joshua Tree, they are “willing to work with us” but normal reservations are allowed only 2 months in advance; also looking at Borrego Palm Canyon & Agua Caliente, Scott will call State Parks Superintendent; there is also an ACA special needs camp facility “Camp Forrest” in Joshua Tree, Paige will look into it; what about Boojum, Pioneer Ranch, near Pipes Canyon? Judy will call Jeff; Scott will call State Parks Superintendent; Rancho Alegre was nice, maybe for next year

CSTA is Oct. 21-22, 2006

Positions to fill, need to be included in the summer newsletter (Jason):

· Chair-Elect/Chair starting in the fall of 2006

· Newsletter Editor starting for 2006 fall edition

For this morning:

· Rancho Alegre folks will stay to help

· Clean-up:
